A native of Colorado, I’ve lived in Virginia since starting graduate school at Virginia Tech in 1985. I fell in love with Franklin County after meeting my husband, whose family has been farming there for over four generations. In 1996, we started a horse business on the farm.

Over the decades, I’ve become intimately familiar with the terrain, communities, climate, and culture of the Smith Mountain Lake area, which made for a natural progression to real estate after 15 years in corporate America sales.

Today, Eddie and I live in Union Hall with our daughter, Jesse. As a real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Smith Mountain Lake Real Estate, I am committed to helping buyers and sellers make the best deals on some of Virginia’s most beautiful properties.

As one of Smith Mountain Lake’s premier real estate agents, I can help you live the dream of calling Smith Mountain Lake home.

I’m committed to offering you the best listings and prices available in local real estate market which includes Franklin County, Bedford County, and Pittsylvania County. Whether you’re bringing your paddle or your saddle, you’ll be sold on the experience of buying or selling your home or property with me.

My experience in real estate marketing allows me to create successful strategies to find the ideal buyer and negotiate a top-dollar price. I know the best ways to get your home in front of motivated buyers.

Whether you’re looking for a waterfront estate or a small retreat in the woods, I will show you the properties that speak to your ideal lifestyle and budget.
