What’s So Great About Wine?

There are lots of health benefits of drinking wine. Moderate consumption aids in everything from improving brain activity to reducing the risks of heart attack and type 2 diabetes. Other health benefits that top the list include reduced risk of cataracts, stroke, and colon cancer. Remember, however, moderate consumption means two to four ounces a day, so always consume responsibly to get the most out of your wine.

The health benefits are a great reason to indulge in a little wine, but let’s not forget, wine tastes delicious too.
